BARBARA EDELIN, President of B. Edelin Events Planning, Inc., is the driving force behind the company. She has a special combination of skills that are critical to the success of every event organization, decisiveness, and diligence.

She has been providing event and meeting planning services for a large and diverse group of private and not-for-profit organizations for over 30 years. Her company offers a full range of services, from concept and theme development to on-site management on the day of the event. From program planning and budget development to site location and decorations, her attention to detail and her understanding of the client's wishes and budget ensures the success of each event. Whether it is a large corporate Gala or the most intimate and personal wedding, everyone recognizes a Barbara Edelin Event.

Mrs. Edelin is or has been a member of the following professional and civic organizations: Martha's Vineyard Chamber of Commerce; International Live Events Association, The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, The Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau, National Black Meeting Planners, Inc.

Mrs. Edelin holds a Masters in Public Administration degree from Penn State University in Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Political Science from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee.​ She is also a proud member of both The Links, Inc. and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
